Q. What do I need to supply you?

All I need is water and your furry friend. If you have parking close to home to park a car and trailer and supply power that would be great. If not don’t stress, we do have our own backup power just in case we need to service areas such as cul-de-sacs, units or busy streets with no available parking.

Q. What areas do you service?

Currently Servicing the Botany Area, I am willing to service outside of Botany if you have been recommended by an existing client and book at least 2 weeks ahead of schedule, to see if we can service your area please feel free to enquire.

Q. How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be made via our Contact Us Page. Please attempt to fill out the form in as much detail as possible so I am able to provide you with the best advice suitable for your pet. You can also call

Q. Do you do grooming?

Yes we do, I am also currently doing a hands on course to broaden my knowledge and enhance my skills in grooming so you can be assured your pet will be a well pampered pet.

Q. What products do you use?

We have a variety of products for all dogs with different skin and coat conditions. I only use hypoallergic shampoos or products that I have used first hand on my own dogs. If your dog has a specific skin condition or you have been directed by your vet that your furry friend needs medicated baths please let us know as we do have a variety of medicated shampoos and supplements available for all skin conditions.

Q. How long will it take to groom or bath my dog?

It all depends of a variety of factors such as:

·         Setting up the trailer, i.e heating up the water for the bath

·         What service are we providing? Bath only or bath and groom

·         Size of your dog

·         How many dogs you are booking in

·         Type of coat your dog has, double coat, long, medium or short hair

·         Condition of skin and coat

·         Behaviour of your dog, if it is their first experience or if they had a bad experience in the past it will take a lot longer as I want my furry friends to learn that bathing and grooming is an enjoyable experience. If you have a dog that is generally aggressive surcharges will apply.

·         Grooms will take anywhere from an hour to 2.5 hours, depending on the factors above, and because I don’t take shortcuts in regards to grooming so you can be assured you will be getting what you’re paying for.

Q. How often should I hydrobath my dog?

It is fine to have your dog hydrobathed weekly, fortnightly or monthly, it all depends of the condition of your dog’s coat and skin and your lifestyle.

Some dogs may be bathed more frequently with medicated shampoos under direction from the veterinarian.

Q. I was told that if I bath my dog too often that it will strip the natural oils from my dogs coat.

Provided that the shampoo is made for pets or for a particular condition, e.g. sensitive skin, bacterial or fungal infections then they are specifically made with a balanced PH matched to dogs skin, hence meaning they are not harsh and will not leave your dog with dry skin.
